New Year, New Dishes
Happy New Year
Welcome to the year 2024 – we hope it’s a great one for all. We’re diving in with a giant joyful splash as we offer you new dishes for a new year. From seafood sharing platters to feisty new curries, we’re ready to blast away those January blues.
January is Veganuary
We admit it, there may have been some over-indulgence on treats over the festive season so in true January tradition we’re stocking up on the veggies. Alongside our fabulous vegan staples such as our Spring Rolls and Fresh Thai Salad we’ve introduced a brand new deliciously vegan dish – get ready for a new favourite with our Salt & Pepper Chilli Mushrooms!
Sharing is Caring
Thai food is all about sharing so we’re delighted to another fab sharing platter to our existing range. Whilst January is synonymous with Veganuary, this is one for the pescatarians and seafood-lovers! The latest addition to our range of sharing platters is the Fisherman’s Feast – an extravaganza of moreish morsels including Soft Shell Crab and Crispy Squid Bits (crazy name, crazily delicious – miniature squid tentacles in a golden, crispy coating…). Dive in!
Is Thai Food Healthy?
There’s a question we get asked often and whilst we are not nutritonists so we cannot answer for the health benefits, we can point to the healthful benefits of eating plenty of fresh herbs, spices and vegetables which our dishes are crammed with. Take a look at our new Slow Cooked Jungle Curry – alongside tender cubes of beef, it delivers a bounty of veggies including pea aubergines, coconut tips, sweetheart cabbage and fine green beans! For those of you who can handle a bit of heat, chilli anecdotally offers a health boost with vitamins A and C. Behold the marvel that is our new Prawn & Softshell Crab curry, crammed with showstopper ingredients in a fiery, chilli-rich sauce . Also delivering a lovely, winter-warming heat is our aptly named Spicy Double Curry Seabass, a treat for fish lovers and anyone looking to cut back on red meat.
