The thought of sunny days has inspired our Chefs to create 4 summery specials bursting with freshness and flavour. Celebrating all things salad and seafood with our limited edition starters, there’s the vegan Thai Garden Salad bursting with crunchy veggies and a zingy lemongrass and lime dressing or our Chicken & Prawn Salad with plump juicy prawns, Thai minced chicken and greens. Our limited edition mains include a spectacular Sea Bass with Thai Herbs & Greens – fresh, delicate sea bass heaped with mushrooms, green beans and Thai herbs drizzled with a delish gingery, garlicky, lime and lemongrass sauce – and our vegan Sunshine Noodle Bowl, a light but flavourful bowl of rice noodles with pak choy, tofu, Tenderstem broccoli and a delicate coconut broth.
And of course summer-Thai-m calls for tipples – refresh with an Aperol Spritz or a sparkling Hugo (a prosecco cocktail with elderflower liqueur, a dash of soda and hint of mint) or opt for our alcohol-free Sweet Jungle Colada.
